Education Agents

IBC Education will endeavour to engage the best quality agents who are highly recommended and proactively manage its relationship with education agents, monitoring agent performance and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements to ensure positive outcomes for students receiving services from education agents.
IBC Education will ensure that:
1. Agents act ethically, honestly and in the best interests of international students, and have an appropriate knowledge of the Australian international education industry
2. Agents are provided with up-to-date, comprehensive and accurate information about IBC Education
3. Representation by the education agent of IBC Education, its educational offerings and charges are accurate and not misleading
4. Current and prospective students have access to mechanisms to resolve grievances regarding experience or interaction with an education agent registered with IBC Education and
5. Education agents are bound by formal contracts with IBC Education, agent performance is monitored on a cyclic basis, (frequency to be determined) and prompt corrective action is taken in the event or likelihood of misrepresentation or unethical conduct.
IBC Education will not accept students from an education agent if it knows or has reasonable grounds to believe the education agent to be in breach of obligations.

Education agents may apply to be registered with IBC Education by submitting an Education Agent Application Form.
