The Australian government requires that all visitors to the country have a current visa in order to enter.
Visa Conditions and Work Limitations

Visa entitlements
- Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) allows you to check visa details and conditions

Working hours
- Confirm the number of hours you are allowed to work under your visa

Course enrolment
- You must remain enrolled in a CRICOS-registered course

Course progression
- You must attend and progress your course satisfactorily as defined by IBC policies
5
Financial capacity
- You must continue to have sufficient financial capacity to support their study and stay in Australia

Visa Conditions
It is your responsibility to ensure the above conditions are met in order to complywith your student visa.
School-age children
If you have school-age children joining you in Australia on a student dependant visa for more than 3 months, you must organise adequate schooling arrangements for your school-age children and payment of school fees
Australian address
You must notify the IBC of your residential address in Australia within 7 days of arriving in Australia and if you move, you must also notify us of the change in your residential address within 7 days of the change
Health cover
You must maintain Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for your entire stay in Australia
